Jimmy's Legacy

MATES offers opportunities for everyone to participate in terms of science, technology, and arts, especially for people who may feel unsure about science. It offers them the opportunity to engage in the science community. For me, both as a MATES writer and editor, I see students' wonderful ideas and how they use their own experiences in George School. I encourage everyone to participate in MATES.
In general, I really like George School STEM courses, because people get a lot of hands-on experience in labs and feel how science is happening in day to day life.Â
At George School, it is really important to engage with the community. People are always willing to offer help and support for students' personal development. I also encourage trying new things, because it helps students expand their view and improve skills.
Looking back on my George School experience, I feel like I truly transformed myself. I hope when I come back to visit as an alumni, I will still see the welcoming community at George School.
